Update Instructions
- Download one of the versions below
- Extract the .zip file to a folder on your local machine. NOTE: Running the .zip file from within the installation without decompressing will cause the installation to fail.
- Make sure you have Windows administration rights before installing. If necessary, contact your IT help desk for assistance.
- Copy the contents of the unzipped update folder into your Synergi install folder. By default this location is C:\Program Files (x86)\DNVGL\Synergi Electric 6.

Synergi Electric 6.31
For versions 6.31 and 7.3 we recommend manual unzipping of files as the method to update to the new software version. We are redesigning our auto update functionality to automatically upgrade software to the latest version downloaded and aim to have it ready in the next release.
