Online and offline license check failed
Version: Perpetual PILSS V1.2.4 JIP version
This applies only to the PILSS V1.2.4 (the JIP version), and not to v2.0-00 (which has Flexlm licensing).
See the attached PDF readme file about making PILSS V1.2.4 (JIP version) perpetual license/installation available to all JIP participants upon request. All relevant information should be contained in the readme file. Note that DLLs already have been prepared for the years 2023-2050, but only the DLL for the relevant year should be provided at the time. A zip file with all DLLs per year is attached to this knowledge article.

If the PILSS Excel GUI throws an error similar to:
Online and offline license check failed. The system appears to be out of sync, or the license is invalid. Please see IO/PILSS_log.txt for more information. Code: 299 Calculations are terminated!
