Network license server (network floating license)
Network licence installations require a license file and installation of a license manager. The clients can use the same licence file. When opening Phast the licence pop-up will advise to import this file.
New versions of Nauticus Hull require the latest version of the license manager. If setting up for the first time, install the latest license manager (on 64-bit machine). The license file should be stored in the C:\Flexlm folder.
Install the license manager from the Nauticus Hull Installation package or download separately from the Download page.
By starting Nauticus Hull the first time on the client machine there will be a dialog box where you may specify the server. (2002@server_name)
If you are stil experiencing problems, please send the licence and licence server log file:
C:\flexlm*.lic files C:\Flexlm\dnvs.log file Start Flexlm tool (LMTOOLS) and send the output from the Server Status and Server Diags tabs. If the problem is on the client machine, send also a screendump of the error.
