Base module

The Base module is included with all licenses, which permits the use of the following general functionality:

  • General GUI use
  • Steady state calculations
  • Modal analysis, Simulations, Turbulence, Waves, Post-processing
  • Running jobs using Batch
  • Use of the Project and Batch APIs

Note that Processor-only licenses do not support GUI use, and only permit basic Batch usage.

Only the Base module is included in the Onshore Wind Loads Analysis package available on the Veracity Marketplace.

Optional modules - further information

Blade Stability

A license for the Blade Stability module is required to run the Model Linearisation calculation, when the Linearisation type setting in the Frequency domain analysis dialog has been set to Blade stability analysis.

General information about the module is available on page 10 of the Bladed optional modules marketing brochure.

Related documentation (for Bladed 4.17) can be found within the Linearisation and Stability section in the online documentation, specifically on the Blade Stability Analysis sub-page.

License features

Each module is represented on a license by one or more license features. View further information about how to check which modules / license features are present on a license.
